Breaded Zucchini Fries
Equal parts of Seasoned Breadcrumbs & Parmesan Cheese (I used about 1/2 cup each) it depends on how much you are doing)
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/3 tsp garlic salt
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all dry ingredients together. Cut zucchini into spears or disks, dip in buttermilk, and coat with breading. Be sure to really pat everything on really good so it coats well.
Place on lined cookie sheet and cook at 375 for approximately 30 minutes.
